5. Cancellations and Refunds

In general, refunds for services rendered are not available once work has commenced, except as outlined in the contract.

- Ownership of Deliverables: All content created by Inspire Studio for the client, including but not limited to designs, branding, documents, and other creative assets, remains the property of Inspire Studio until full payment has been made. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client.
- Client Content: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us, such as logos, images, and text. You grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing the project.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information you share with us. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or legal process.
8. Limitation of Liability
Inspire Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services or project that is the subject of the claim.
- Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inspire Studio from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of the client’s use of the deliverables or any materials provided to us.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any services if the client violates these Terms, fails to meet payment obligations, or breaches the terms of the service agreement. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of termination.
10. Changes to Terms
Inspire Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
