As our services are digital (including digital marketing, content creation, promotional campaigns, animated reels, branding, and other digital products), we generally do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. This includes both customized services and downloadable products.
2. Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service after it has been initiated, the following terms apply:
- Before work begins: You may cancel the service and receive a full refund for any payments made.
- After work has begun: If work has already started, we will charge for the work completed up until the point of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the value of the uncompleted work.
3. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the digital services we provide. Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed upon during the initial consultation. If you are not fully satisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with you to make necessary revisions or adjustments.
If revisions cannot resolve your concerns, we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and determine if a partial refund is appropriate, based on the scope of work completed.
5. Exemptions
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- After the final digital deliverables have been provided.
- If the client has provided incomplete or incorrect information that impacts the project.
- If the client requests a refund after receiving the completed digital product or service.
